All of our customer service representatives have received factory training and are happy to assist you with product selection, color samples, shipping arrangements, or any other question you may have.
We want to do everything we can to help you pick the perfect product for your outdoor space. Lumber, fabric, and aluminum samples are all available upon request, and our customer service representatives are happy to offer their insight and suggestions!
Everything is built to order and ships in 3-10 business days. If if time is an issue, be sure to check out our Quick Ship products, which ship in 3 business days. Keep in mind that cushions always have a lead time of 10 business days, and orders are shipped according to the item with the longest lead time.
Orders can be placed online or over the phone with our customer service representatives. We accept several methods of payment as listed below. We guarantee that every transaction you make on our site will be 100% secure.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Items shipped to an Indiana address are subject to a standard 7% sales tax. Orders shipping to any other destination are tax-free!
Credit Cards - We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. The funds will be captured at the time the order is placed.
PayPal - Pay using PayPal for fast, secure payment of your order. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your purchase.
Checks - Checks should be made out to "Poly-Wood LLC" and mailed to Poly-Wood LLC., 1001 W. Brooklyn Street, Syracuse, IN 46567.
Affirm - Pay over time with Affirm and split your purchase into 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments. Rates from 10-30% APR. Select the Affirm payment option when you check out and provide some basic information to get instantly approved.
All products are built to order and almost always leave our facility within 3-10 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). Product-specific lead times can be found on the individual product pages.. We know that you want to start enjoying your furniture as soon as possible, and we work hard to build and ship your product according to the lead times!
You can use your order number and email address to check your order status at any time. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders can then be tracked with the carrier on the carrier’s website or over the phone.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment (excepting those including cushions or umbrellas with custom fabrics). Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our standard return policy.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service representatives. Because products are built to order, time is of the essence. Written confirmation of your cancellation may be requested.
