We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

The seat is wide and spacious and the chair can easily accommodate all body types. The chair is very sturdy and has excellent quality. It looks amazing in our backyard setting."
Yes, we like the chairs, BUT
"This chair matches our previously purchased pair in all ways. Yes, it is a pleasing design but it also contained manufacturing defects (not shipping damage) as did our original purchase. Some pre-shipment quality control would be in order as both defects were obvious. While the customer service response from Polywood was great they sent an entire chair seat when all we needed was a slat and two screws. This seems wasteful and contributes to the high pricing."
Putting together the 4 chairs
"Putting together the 4 chairs took less than an hour with the amount of time decreasing every chair. No issues at all. The grey chairs like nice and have weight (think they are 35 lbs) so not going to move around in storm. I went with trex after having installed trex deck on older house and after 12 years looked almost the same as the day it was installed. Read too many reviews of chairs sold on Amazon that faded after a season or two. I would expect these chairs to not look much different after several years."

- Does anyone have the Yacht Club chairs? Wondered how different they are vs the Cape Cod ones.
- Hello, The Cape Cod is a smaller Adirondack style with the seat height at 13.5" and the seat width at 20". Where as the Yacht Club has a 22" wide seat and 16" in seat height. Thank you for asking, Gina
