We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) or email us at customerservice@trexfurniture.com to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"Bought a set of Rockport 6 years ago. Couch, loveseat and a chair. Big investment. Beautiful for 3 years. We store the cushions during the 4 months of winter. Unfortunately the summer sun in SC is hard on the stitching or the cushions and they started falling apart in year 4. I’ve been sewing them back up myself with better nylon thread but alas, it’s become too much for me. Squirrels chew on the composite so not worth buying replacement cushions. If you keep it outdoors for most of the year, it will last 3 years."

"We ordered four of the Rockport Club Chairs four years ago. We recently ordered two more. So happy they had the same fabric we chose before. This style is timeless and is very stylish. I am glad they moved the TREX signage to the side. Our first four are in the front. I would not hesitate to recommend this chair from Trex. All of our tables and outdoor dining set still look like new and have been out in the elements for four years in Northern Illinois. So worth the money and nice to have something that doesn’t have to be replaced every so many years. We are proud to have any of our guest sit in our Trex chairs."

- What is the main difference between this chair and the Yacht Club style?
- Hi Nysa! Great question! The Rockport Club Chair has curved arm rests for added comfort and wide base boards for a durable but cozy home style! It allows you to bring the living room outdoors! It is also quite hefty at a total weight of 62 lbs. The Yacht Club Deep Seating Chair has a more traditional outdoor deep seating look, keeping it a little lighter in weight at a total of 33 lbs.
