We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) or email us at customerservice@trexfurniture.com to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

- I believe I saw these with wheels when I ordered online a few years ago but mine did not come with wheels. I desperately need them to be able to move them for cleaning behind and underneath. I don’t want to damage my floors and rugs.
- Hi Sharon, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we are not able to retrofit wheels on a Chaise Lounge chair. Some of our customers use furniture moving glides under the legs of their lounge chairs to make them easier to move without scratching their patios and decks. Thanks, Lana
- Will the chairs scratch my deck? What are the legs made of and the bottom.
- Hi Jordan, Thank you for reaching out with your question! Our products are made entirely of HDPE - high-density polyethylene. If you are looking for protection underneath the furniture, we recommend furniture sliders or furniture foot pads to protect the bottom of the chairs, as well as your deck. - Can I use the nautical chaise lounge with arms submerged for the summer on a baja pool deck?
- Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with such a great question! Our furniture is made out of very durable HDPE plastic and is very resistant to all types of conditions. The same is true with the marine-grade stainless steel hardware that we use for our furniture. It is okay to use the furniture in the pool, however, to prolong the life of the furniture we recommend removing the items out of the water and rinsing with fresh water whenever the furniture is not in use.
