Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

The height is just right for those chairs, but I would recommend checking that the height will be right for your application since these were a bit lower than I expected, this is because the table I replaced was a bit taller. Have not had a chance to use yet but I would purchase it again."

"These comments are for Rockport Club Coffee Table (one large and one small), a pair of the Yacht Club Curveback Adirondack Chair, and a pair of the Cape Cod Porch Rocking Chair — we did a bit of mix and match in one color. VERY sturdy once assembled. Would recommend highly any Trex furniture. The fasteners might fail after 20 or 30 years but the actual material will last for tends of thousands, I’d say. But hey it’s not in a landfill someplace. Coupla things that seemed odd: One piece had one included screw that was a) different from all the others in the pack, and b) bent just below the head. It went in fine during assembly so no big deal. Hard to imagine how it might have gotten bent. Several pieces for some of the chairs had a bunch of greasy hand and finger prints on them. Also peculiar. Still, an excellent choice for outdoor furniture."

- I don't understand why Trex does not say this coffee table can be used as a bench? The coffee table has the same dimensions as the bench and the coffee table has more substantial details due to the stretchers being on all four sides! Why can't Trex list a weight capacity for the coffee table? The coffee table must have greater load capacity than the bench!
