We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"Straight back chairs with great support at a good height in relation to the table height for dining. Heavy set, will not blow around in a storm. Rain water seems to bead up on the surface and takes awhile to evaporate. May need to use a towel to dry off chairs as needed. My light tan color is very attractive and I imagine it will not fade in the summer sun over the years. I like this better than my old glass table top where you could always see the layer of pollen each morning that settled on it. This set will last for 20 years !! I’m thinking about getting cushions for the seats… but you honestly don’t need them."

By then, we had had the chair repaired. This was very disappointing after spending almost $2,000 & doing our own repair. We will recommend your furniture to friends but caution them about your inadequate customer service."

- My tables are collecting grease stains and weathering, we have tried soap and bleach. But looks like its also drying out, is there a product that we can use to seal the table or help it regain a like new finish again? they are 1 year old
- Hi Dustin, Great question! Using dish soap and a soft-bristle brush, as you’ve been doing, is a great way to clean your POLYWOOD furniture. For a deeper clean, you can also try power washing, just be sure to use a low-pressure setting. - Can Trex chairs be moved across Trex deck without scratching the deck?
- Hi Andrea, Thank you for your question! Moving HDPE furniture across composite deck could potentially cause scratching. - What is the recommended maximum weight limit for the arm chair?
- Hello Dianne, That is a good question. All of our seating items are put through standard ASTM testing. The chairs are tested to hold up to 400 pounds and have been seen to hold more. Thanks -Jason
