We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

- Hello. I purchased 6 of these chairs in white and love them. How do I purchase a replacement piece? One of the dowels used to put in the chair on the side to hold it in the seated position (after being folded down) fell out and got lost in the lake. I don't see anywhere to purchase this piece.

- Recommendations for protecting surface from scratching. We are putting these chairs on stone. Any recommendations to protect the stone from scratches when someone adjusts the chair when seated? Thanks!
- Hi Shawn, We don't suggest attaching anything to the bottom of the furniture. This would be considered a modification and could void the warranty. The chairs are heavy and shouldn't move as people are sitting in them. The chair would just need to be picked up and not dragged across the stone surface. - Is there a weight limit?
- Hello Stacy! We don't test our products to a weight limit. We test to ASTM Standards. This Cape Cod Folding Adirondack Chair passed a 400 lb static load test. It also passed an impact test that drops 150 lbs ten times from a height of 8". These are both a limit to pass as commercial grade. This is the best standard that we test to at this time.
