We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Stylish and Durable!
"Love my new chairs! I was tired of all my deck furniture falling apart after a year or two so I decided to try Trex furniture. I’ve only had the set for a few weeks but so far they are great!"
Expect a long life
"We had a wooden single glider for five or six years. It is all chipped, cracked and uncomfortable to sit on. We had a tree side table for ten years, which looks exactly like the day we bought it We are betting that the Trex furniture we bought this summer will last MUCH longer than the wood."

"The little plastic inserts that go over the screws you used to construct the chair. Most of them have popped out during shipping. Other than that the chair looks pretty good."
Slightly Disappointed
"I would rate "Great" but for the following reasons: I sent a response to the Contact Trex site. No response yet. The post on the one Glider Chair had the hole for Screw [E] drilled in a reversed position. Apparently, the piece was placed in the jig backwards. I drilled a new hole in the correct location to correct the problem rather than go through the hassle of returning it. Also, the "Trex" decal on the front of the 48" Adirondack Glider is missing. I can provide photo if you desire. Thank you, Bob"

- Hi Teresa, The customer gallery photos show the Cape Cod Adirondack Glider Chair in Sand Castle. The Stepping Stone is a bit darker and much more grey. Sand Castle is khaki color that's a bit lighter. I hope this helps! Candace
- Is there a gliding ottoman for this? I imagine it would be most comfortable to have ones feet up while relaxing in this chair!
