We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"I am so far happy with the product although disappointed that after my order was placed the chairs then went on sale and that cost savings per chair was quite a bit. Had I known sales would be run I would have waited to order. But overall the product is made well and am hoping to get several years out of them. Thanks"
Nice Chair
"This is a nice chair, but not as good as the one we have had for several years. I did not realize there were different Adirondack chairs, and thought this was the same chair. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice chair, but we don't like it as well as the other one. the angle of the seat and back are different, and it's a bit smaller, not as comfortable. We had a problem with the holes for the crossbar in front not lining up . We put the chair together with the crossbar just laying in the indentation for it, and it seems fine. I contacted customer service, and they kept sending me emails asking for pictures. I told them there was nothing to take a picture of without taking the chair almost completely apart, and we did not want to do that. I was just a little disappointed that a $200 chair would not have holes that lined up. It's still a nice chair, and we use it every day, weather permitting!"

"Assembly was easy and good instructions to guide one through the process. A helper would be nice to have, but not required. The chairs are solid and we hope durable (purchased in Summer 2024). 6'3' and 250 lbs and the chairs offer plenty of comfortable seating space. The sitting position and getting out of the chairs may be a little challenging for some as they sit low to the ground."

- Hello Carol, Any of our chairs that fold, will say so in the title and description. This chair does not fold, however, our all-weather outdoor furniture is built to withstand all four seasons and a range of climates including hot sun, snowy winters, salt spray, and heavy winds. - Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. The Cape Cod Adirondack Chair is manufactured out of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) plastic material, which milk jugs are made of. - Can I set these on the tanning ledge inside my vinyl salt water pool? Will they hold up?
- Hi Veronica, The Cape Cod Adirondack Chairs can sit on a tanning ledge in your pool. However, we recommend that they be pulled out of the water after use and rinsed with fresh water. - Hi Nicole, The Cape Cod Adirondack Chair has not yet been tested for a weight limit. We do test to ASTM standards for a 300 pound residential use and 400 pound commercial use. We manufacture our products for a minimum weight capacity of up to 250 pounds. Thank you for the great question! Ashley
