We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) or email us at customerservice@trexfurniture.com to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"Very pleased with the product, but the package arrived looking like it had been thrown down a flight of stairs during shipping. The packing tape was barely holding the ends of the box together. Fedex tracking indicated they had to do a 'relabel' which was a clear indication something had gone wrong. None of the panels were damaged, however, all of the fasteners were lost in transit and had to work with your Customer Service people to get replacements. For a $400 product weighing some 40 pounds, seems like it would have been packaged more securely for shipping."

However, customers are welcome to attach plaques or engravings to Trex benches to create personalized gifts, memorials, or commemorative pieces. If you choose to add a plaque or engrave your furniture, keep in mind that the warranty will be voided for the specific part you modify. - I live in a very high fire danger area. Is this bench fire resistant? Does it have an official rating?

- Can the factory install the lower cross bar, which is between the bench legs, mounted flush with the bottom of the legs to provide an effective means to secure to a cement slab?
- Hi Gary, Great question! Although we're a build-to-order company, we're unable to customize our products. We recommend using stainless steel L brackets and hardware for surface mounting. If the leg where the bracket is attached cracks, it would not be covered under our warranty. However, if you use hardware that goes in no further than 3/4 of the way into the lumber, and leave 1/4" on all sides of the screw or bolt, it should not crack. Thanks for asking! Lana
- Trying to choose the color for our "Community Recycle Bench". The colors are difficult to see on my computer. Is the Rainforest Canopy a dark green, the Tree House a little reddish, and the Vintage Lantern a very dark brown?
- Hello Judy, Th colors can be hard to see sometimes, as each persons computer and lighting will be different, You can purchase samples, with the link below, to see the colors in person before picking a color. https://www.trexfurniture.com/accessories/samples.html Rainforest canopy is what I would call a darker green. The Tree House is the lighter shade of brown and does not have red in it. The Vintage Lantern is the darker shade of brown. I hope this helps, Mindy

- Hi Patty, I'm afraid that we do not make a glider in the Yacht Club Collection. The Cape Cod Glider, SKU: TXADGL is comfortable and is built to use a classic Adirondack back.
