Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"We live under the hot California desert sun just north of Mexico. We bought some TREX Adirondacks three years ago. They've held up beautiful. Then we bought some cheaper ones that were allegedly made of the same material. They fell apart after one year. So we just bought two more TREX. These are what they claim to be. They're comfy. They're very heavy too - a blessing when the wind blows hard, not so much when it's time to reposition them. Five stars, for sure!"

"We have the yacht club chairs, and decided to add 2 more. They are great, but you may want to check your production line. With the left and right arm assembly in your shop, the left arm was constructed correctly but both right hand arms were different. The support piece which comes connected to the underside of the arm is attached to close to the inside of the arm making the vertical support piece stick out from the edge of the arm. It's about 3/8" to the inside of the chair compared to the left arm."

"I recently assembled these chairs. They seem sturdy and assembly was not difficult. I was concerned that I would have to drive the smaller slat screws and deal with broken fasteners and such, it turns out that only the big pieces need screwed/bolted together and everything is predrilled so there is no risk of breaking a fastener. I feel that these chairs are worth the cost and although we have not used them long term, I would purchase them again. The Rockport coffee table looks nice with them, it sits lower than I expected based on my previous table but it does seem appropriate for lower height chairs such as these."

- Are these the same chairs as Polywood sells, marketed as the Nautical Curveback Adirondack? The description states that it is made w Polywood lumber. And is the Charcoal Black the same as the Black from Polywood? Can I get a sample of the Charcoal Black, as well as samples of the cushion fabric, Weathered Tweed and Spiced Burlap?

- Do these get hot in direct sunlight? Would the armrests be too hot to touch? My wife sits in her bathing suit to read. Our Trex deck gets so hot you cannot walk on it barefoot.
- Hi there, Glenn. All of our plastic lumber furniture does get hot in the sun. When not in use, we recommend covering the items with a towel, blanket, or cover so your chair is ready to use at any time! It should not get so hot that it should be unusable, so covering it will help cool down the product after being in direct sunlight for a longer time. Best wishes, Jay C.
