We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"I am a raving fan! The service I received when making a warranty claim for my porch swing was second to none in my lifetime. The website had clear instructions, the service staff was just unbelievably cheerful and efficient, and the process was speedy. In spite of not having everything on the list to make the claim, enough was provided on Friday to approve and ship by Monday and I received the replacement on Wednesday. Absolutely love the swing and my deck that it matches. Thank you for showing how much you care about your customers!"

"There were three screws which were 1/2" to short that I called about. It took over a week to get them. Fortunately, I was able to purchase similar screws at the local hardware store so I could finish putting it together the day I started. It would have been nice to have the correct screws. It seems to be well built and should last for many years."
"Box was destroyed, product was filthy out of the box. MANY Holes do not line up. Arm rests come preassembled but one set of pocket screws completely missed the tennon. I'm handy so it's all working now, but I have no idea how this got out of quality control. No hardware to hang a porch swing. Two lag screw eye bolts away from hanging this thing and I have to run to the hardware store? After I'm 500 bucks in? This is a 300 dollar swing."
"But, the packaging box had multiple large hole on arrival. Parts and assembly instructions were missing. One of the seat screws was raised and could not set it like the others. Contacted customer service and they were wonderful. Sending new seat and missing items."
