We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"Well made. Assembly was easy. Most pieces were already assembled so just assembling major components. T- hex handled tools provided. A small wrench was also supposed to be included but was missing. But I wouldn’t use the included tools. Assembly is much faster and easier if you have a nut driver and hex bit to use in a drill. Instructions are good. My wife and I assembled 4 chairs (no arms) and a table in a little over an hour. Hardware looks to be stainless so should hold up well."

Easy Assembly only 1 gripe
"The table assembled very easily it only took about 20-30 min if that. The table is strong and steady. I really like this product, along with the chairs I bought. I would recommend it. Only grip, they provided good hardware and an elkin instead of allen wrench, but then they included 8 bolts that required me to provide my own wrench. Not a huge deal but I love it when a product uses the same screws or bolts so you don't need to switch back and forth when assembling/disassembling. Small gripe but worth mentioning."

- My Trex pool deck can become too hot to walk on during summer days. Will the furniture become equally as hot?
- Thank you for your question, Ryan! We've designed POLYWOOD furniture to remain outdoors in all climates, but on hot days in direct sunlight, darker lumber colors readily absorb heat. On hot sunny days, we recommend testing furniture temperature with the back of your hand to make sure it's safe to sit on. We also suggest moving furniture to a shady area or covering it with a suitable outdoor furniture cover. For covers, we recommend thecoverstore.com. Thanks, Lana
- When can you expect delivery once ordered
- Hi Gary, that is a great question. The Monterey Bay Round 36" Bar Table has a current estimated lead time of 8-10 weeks for all color options, These lead times do change as the seasons change, so please always look at the time of order. All of our furniture will give you the estimated lead time once you select the color. We do stay true to those lead times and get your furniture completed and shipped as soon as we can. Once it leaves our facility, the transit time will depend on where you live. The furniture is built and shipped from a facility in Indiana or North Carolina.
