We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

We use one as a shower chair for my handicapped husband.

Recently we ordered the same chair but in counter height as my husband’s needs have changed. It is exactly what we need. I know using it as a shower chair is not it’s intended purpose but we have found nothing that is designed for shower use as sturdy, comfortable, or functional. They are expensive but the quality is worth the cost."
Perfect for the balcony
"I bought 4 Monterey counter armchairs and a farmhouse counter table for my West facing Florida balcony. With the humidity, the rainstorms and the scorching sun, I didn't want to buy something that would look bad after a couple of years. I also wanted a balcony/counter height set to replace my old standard height one. I was tired of trying to see above or below the railing. I choose white for the beachy look, and also because it does not become hot under the sun, unlike dark colors. This is perfect."

Awesome Chairs Best Ever
"I can't say enough GREAT things about the Trex pieces. We've had 5 bar height chairs outside in the Florida sun, rain, hurricane's, salt air etc. . . . . now going on 10 years and they are still holding up beautifully!! It's THE best buy we've ever made in outdoor furniture. In fact, we love them so much that we are buying them for our new condo here in Fla. too. In a day and age when "stuff" is made to fall apart quickly these are the exception. Don't hesitate!"

- Do the Monterey arm chairs fit under the table?
- Hi Charles, We've designed all of our counter height chairs so that the arms will fit with any of our counter height tables. They'll all have enough room to fit underneath the table tops. Likewise, the dining height items work together and as do the bar height items. So feel free to mix and match to create a set that best fits your needs and space.
