If I Could Give 100 Stars I Would

"I’ve owned a dining set for about 12 years. We’re getting ready to add additional outdoor furniture so we went on the website to look. I forgot there’s a 20 year warranty. I emailed to say I have a small crack in the top of the table. The response time was almost immediate. Karen asked me to send photos. I did and she kindly offered to replace the table. I advised I appreciate it but, the chair color would no longer match. She agreed to make a one time exception and replace the entire set!! She also allowed us to change the color!! The customer service is beyond incredible. They stand behind their product 100%. My set was 12 years old and in very good condition other than the crack. Not only am I receiving a new set, Karen allowed me to change the color as well! She is simply the best!!! I could not rave more!!"

Great product

"Shipping information indicated six packages--there were, but some were inside others and was a source of confusion for delivery. Clearance holes in the table (2 per leg) could be slightly smaller--very easy to overtighten--even with the warnings. We used a portable battery-powered impact wrench with which we had no problems except for one pair of holes. I would prefer star-head bolts in place of the ones that required the allen-wrench."
