We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) or email us at customerservice@trexfurniture.com to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"July 22, 2024 It’s the correct size for the Trex chair we purchased, but it’s very loose/soft foam - not much in the way of support or comfort once you lay/sit on it it’s basically flat. For the cost and brand the product is underwhelming to say the least. I would not recommend."

- What color would you suggest for sand castle and stepping stone chaises?
- Hello Jenny, That is a great question, thank you for reaching out about this. From what I see a lot of our customers purchase with the Sand Castle lumber would be our Spiced Burlap or Ash Charcoal, for the Stepping Stone lumber I would say the most common combination we see are is the Dune Burlap option or Sky Blue. - I am looking for red cushions which I see in the reviews but don't see this as a color choice? Can anyone tell me the measurement for the backrest part of the chair so if I order from a different sight the seam will fall at the bend of the chair?

Sunbrella Upholstery fabrics are designed to withstand the elements and resist stains and mildew. Because Sunbrella is manufactured using 100% solution-dyed yarns, the color won't fade or wash out, so you can be sure your cushions will remain vibrant for years, even in the harshest sun! Sunbrella fabric is breathable and water-repellent. It can easily be cleaned by simply dusting off dirt, using a cleaning solution (two ounces of mild detergent per gallon of warm water), and allowing the cushion to air dry. - Is the fabric water resistant? Will water roll off or will the fusion soak it in?
- Hi Julie! The cushion will be water resistant. If you have a light rain, the water will bead up and you'll be able to brush it. If you have a heavy rain, it is possible for the cushion to absorb some water. If it absorbs water you may lay the cushion in the sun on its side and that will allow it drain and dry. Great question!
