Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"Good color, design, and easy to assemble. Many pieces had plastic scraps that needed trimming before assembly. One chair and the table had Trex labels, but the other chair has a Polywood label on the back of the chair seat even though the enclosed instructions show Trex on the front of the seat. Also, shipping from the factory required twice as many days as initially promised because “shipments have been running behind” they said. The delay was on Polywood/Trex’s side, not the shipper’s."

"All of the pieces had resin burrs on them. On one chair the back support did not line up with the intended slots. Packing was horrible. I received blinds from Select Blinds on the same day. See how they ship products and copy. The surprising thing is that everything worked out but most customers would have quit long before me. Sorry, I wish I could recommend Trex but you’re 0 for 1."

"The rocking chairs are fine. The table delivered was black not Vintage Lantern like the chairs. Customer service is non existent!! Tried calling, was in a text chat where no showed up. Emails have prompted zero response. Was planning to order 2 Adirondack chairs plus a table but will go elsewhere."

- Which cushion goes with this cape cod rocking chair?
- Hello Troy, The Cape Cod Porch Rocking Chair included in this set does not have a perfect pairing cushion at this time. This chair has a seat size of 20.75W and 19.25D and all the cushions we have will be just a bit larger or just a bit smaller than these seats. You would have to decide which size you prefer.
