We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) or email us at customerservice@trexfurniture.com to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"We are quite frustrated with Trex. We ordered this set on April 24th , when it was promised for delivery within 1-2 weeks, and have yet to receive it, eight weeks later. There has been one delay after another. — first, caused by Trex and then by RXO, the freight company they hired to ship our items once they were finally manufactured. The items arrived in a freight company warehouse located 25 miles away from our home about three weeks ago, and they are still sitting there. The Trex company is easy to contact, and their customer support team is always very helpful and sweet. But, in the end, RXO is causing inexplicable bottlenecks, and it is (literally) impossible to speak with anyone at their headquarters‚ We can only reach call center staff located thousands of miles away. If and when I ever receive my order, I expect that it will be fine and I will love it, since I have used Trex products for our deck and love that. But I will only order more items from Trex in the future if they find another, more reliable freight company to ship their goods."

- I have an older umbrella purchased from you in spring 2020 that is in the sesame fabric color that appears to be discontinued. Is the “cast ash” fabric color like a beige? It is difficult to tell from the image on your site. I’m looking to purchase another umbrella to put near the sesame colored one we already own and would like for them to coordinate if they cannot match.

- Does the white base / stand match with the textured silver in the Surf City collection? It seems like there is bronze bases for both Surf CIty and the umbrella, but not silver..

I think the white would work really well with the Surf City items that have the silver finish for the frames. it would help keep the look more monochromatic than choosing the umbrella and base in bronze.
