  • Plastic bucket or spray bottle
  • Soft-bristle brush
  • Washcloth

Instructions

  1. Fill a bucket or spray bottle with 1 part water and 2 parts bleach.*
  2. Apply the solution onto the lumber and let it sit for a few minutes.
  3. Scrub away any debris with a soft-bristle brush.
  4. Wipe off the solution with a damp cloth and let your furniture air-dry.

Deep Cleaning Method

Supplies needed

  • A pressure washer (rated no higher than 1,500 psi) equipped with a 40-degree fan tip

Instructions

  1. Spray your furniture with slow, even sweeps, holding the nozzle about eight inches away from the surface.
  2. If stubborn spots remain, remove them with the Sanitizing method listed above.

Outdoor Cushion Cleaning Steps

Follow our instructions to keep your cushions and pillows in great shape.

Quick Cleaning Method

  • For new spills or stains:
    1. Blot with a clean, dry cloth.
    2. Spray on a mild solution of dish soap and water, and rinse thoroughly.
    3. Air-dry.
  • For grease stains:
    1. Apply a natural absorbent like cornstarch, and allow it to sit and soak up the stain.
    2. Once the grease has been absorbed, remove the cornstarch, then follow the steps above, if needed.
