We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) or email us at customerservice@trexfurniture.com to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Great Frame But Cushions Don't Hold Up
"Love the look of the Edge sectional and durability of the Trex. The couch is super comfortable especially with the leg rest. We have had this couch a little less than a year and the frame looks the same as how we got it. However, the cushions have not held up. All four attachment straps for the foot rest cushion have come off (not ripped but the thread attachment has come off). The cushions are covered in small fuzz balls and do not clean well. Disappointed in the cushions durability especially at the price point and the amazing durability of the frame. The need to replace cushions after a year is frustrating especially at the price of a cushion replacement."
Bought this instead of the Polywood Edge
"Love polywood, but didn’t care for the open sides of their Edge sectional as some people complained about cushions shifting. I love the look of the “closed” sides of this Eastport couch. Very happy with my purchase. Easy to assemble, great packaging, no issues."

- Do the cushions attach to the frame in any way, ie ties or straps?
- Hi Cha, Thank you for your question! The Deep Seating cushions on the sectional do not have ties, but the Ottoman cushion attaches with fabric ties to minimize unwanted shifting when in use. Thanks for asking! Lana
