We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) or email us at customerservice@trexfurniture.com to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"Excellent quality! Love the Rockport set- white with gray cushions. The white stays cool to touch even on hottest days. Very sturdy to withstand our winds. Customer service was quick to replace a couple of parts where the holes were drilled incorrectly. Definitely recommend!"

This is a very well built setup and I was so happy with the richness of the black furniture I am canceling my sand color Rockport 6-piece to reorder it in Black for my patio. "I like the overall look and feel of the set, but the Trex material up close looks a little bit like plastic, and when putting the love seat together, we had to fix holes that were not properly made by the machine on some parts. Basically had to make them bigger and it took us over 1. 5 hours to put together instead of about 30 minutes. The chairs were super easy to assemble so that’s a plus. The cushions are awesome and dry SO FAST after a good rain. Overall we are happy with the product, but Trex needs to do a better job of quality control of checking parts before it ships out to the customer."
