We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) or email us at customerservice@trexfurniture.com to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

- In the photo, it looks like it would be difficult to pull chairs up to the table because one’s legs would hit the base. How do you comfortably fit four chairs around this table such that people don’t have to straddle the trestle base?

While four chairs can be placed around the Monterey Bay Round 36" Dining Table, if you plan to seat four people regularly, you might find the Monterey Bay Round 48" Dining Table more accommodating. - What is the width of the base? Is there enough room for an average size umbrella stand to fit between the legs?
- Hello Amy, Our umbrella base is round and tapered and is a total of 19.3 inches across. For some tables, it will need to be under the feet of the table slightly. This table has the below clearance for the legs and feet.  I hope this helps. Mindy

- Hi Kathleen, Thanks so much for reaching out to us! The distance between the feet is about 15", but the umbrella base we include with our umbrellas is about 19" in diameter. It works because it's thin enough at the edge to slip under the arches of the feet. So you can look for an umbrella base that's about the same size, as long as it is less than 2" tall at the outer edges. All the best, Candace
