Manufactured defects.

"There's very little to do when putting the chairs together: attach the arms with screws and pre-drilled holes. The pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place. Not for 1, but all 4 chairs we bought. The only way to report the issue was a web form with a "we'll get back to you within 3 days". That's a real bummer. Why not immediately? Anyway, they shipped out replacement arms for 1 chair, not all 4 and received the replacement in a little over a week. Maybe I wasn't clear that all 4 were affected, but I thought I was. Anyway, I wound up pre-drilling new holes in the rest and was done with it. In the attached photos (1 of the left arm and 1 of the right), the holes should be in the same place (center). Each pair was incorrectly pre-drilled, not just 1. The incorrect placement caused one arm to be lower than the other."

What colors go well with a Tiki Torch Trex transcend deck ?

Is the Yacht Club Dining chair compatible with Polywood table? Is Trex Sand Castle, same color as Polywood Sand?
