We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!
Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) or email us at customerservice@trexfurniture.com to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.
Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

"It’s definitely was I was looking for and high quality. This furniture will definitely last for many years and is comfortable w/o a cushion which is another positive. My only suggestion as I’m a handy person is that the directions advise to initially install the hardware screws 1/2-3/4 until all screws are set in place and then tighten all the screws down. That would leave room for slight adjusting and easier assembly. Doing so made the assembly easy. Other than that advice I highly recommend this product."

I was surprised by the silver bar running across the back, but I'm sure it adds to the strength and I've gotten used to it. Some of the holes were difficult to line up, but hubby was able to muscle them into alignment."

- Can you please tell me the inches of the white space just below the center handle? We would like to get a memorial plaque made. Also what is the entire width of the section of the bench? Maybe we’d have to covet the handle up?

- Can this be placed directly on a grass lawn? (as opposed to a deck/patio/etc)
- Hi Charles, Yes, any of our furniture can be placed on a lawn. If the ground isn't very level, I would suggest moving it to an area of the lawn that is. Some areas have very bumpy grassy areas, and that can make the bench have a wobble, but as long as it is level, it should be fine. Thanks for asking, Mindy
