Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 12 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 7 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (877) 907-TREX (8739) before placing your order.
Shipment Notifications
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
Nonstandard Shipments
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

- Do the cushions have a zipper so that the cover can be removed and washed?
- Hello Jana, The cushions are not made to have removable fabric, but rest assured, there will still be easy to clean. Please see below for care and maintenance on cushions: Brush or rinse loose debris off cushion covers before it embeds in the fabric. Using your dry vacuum makes quick work of this. Create a mixture of ¼ cup of dish soap per gallon of warm water in a bucket. (For 5 gallons of water, use 1¼ cup of soap.) Apply the mixture to the material with a clean cloth. Rinse thoroughly and let your cushions air-dry. Tips: Standing cushions on their sides will help them dry faster. If possible, flip your cushions periodically to even out the wear on each side. Store patio cushions in a dry spot—such as a shed, garage, or console table—when not in use. Thanks, Mindy
- What is the total seat height including the cushion and thickness of the cushion ? Is the cushion firm or soft ?
- Hey Andy, Thank you for your interest in Trex Furniture. The seat height of the chair with the cushion is 16.75 and the cushion itself has a thickness of 4.75 inches. The cushion itself I would say is a nice middle ground between soft and firm. It does sink in when you sit in it, but not too much where you sink all the way down. I hope this information helps! - Does the black frame get real hot in the summer? Or does it matter what color the frame is?
- Hi there! Thanks for reaching out with such a great question. Because of the nature of the material, the lumber will get hot in direct sunlight, especially the darker colors. The darker colors will naturally heat up more so than some of our lighter colors in direct sunlight. However, unless the chair is in direct sunlight during 90 degree or triple digit temperature days, it should not be too hot to be used. Hope this information helps and have a great day! - Hi Amy, Thanks for asking! There isn't one answer to this question as the give of the cushions depends on the person sitting in the chair. If the person is smaller then the cushions won't sink as much as they would for a larger person. The seat cushion is pretty firm but the back cushion is softer, and both are covered in soft, outdoor performance fabric. Hope this helps you out! Thanks! Cait
